Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.
Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Der Clemco Sandstrahlschlauch SM-2 ist ein professioneller Strahlschlauch zur Förderung hoch abrasiver Medien wie Quarzsand, Stahlkies, Korund und Glas. Seine abriebfeste, glatte und antistatische Schlauchseele sorgt für einen gleichmäßigen Strahlmittelfluss und eine sehr lange Lebensdauer im täglichen Einsatz.
Die große Auswahl an Schlauchquerschnitten ermöglicht eine passende Abstimmung auf kompakte Druckstrahlgeräte, mobile Standardanlagen und leistungsstarke Strahlsysteme. Der Schlauch ist für maximal 12 bar Betriebsdruck und Temperaturen von −35 bis +80 °C ausgelegt.

Dimensionierung und Konfektionierung
Der Schlauchquerschnitt bestimmt maßgeblich, wie viel Druck tatsächlich an der Düse ankommt. Kleine 13-mm-Schläuche sind für kompakte Systeme und entsprechend kleine Düsen vorgesehen. Größere Düsen und lange Leitungen benötigen 25, 32, 38 oder 42 mm Innendurchmesser. Kupplung und Düsenhalter müssen exakt zum jeweiligen Außendurchmesser passen.
Prüfung, Pflege und Lagerung
Schlauch täglich auf Scheuerstellen, Einschnitte, Blasen, Quetschungen und freiliegende Einlagen prüfen. Beschädigte oder ungewöhnlich stark verschlissene Schläuche austauschen. Drucklos, knickfrei, trocken und vor UV-Licht geschützt lagern.
💡 Praxistipp: Schlauch nicht länger als nötig einsetzen. Jeder zusätzliche Meter erhöht Druckverlust, Gewicht und Handhabungsaufwand.
