Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Die Außengewindekupplung von Krause K+K ist eine robuste Klauenkupplung nach DIN 3489 für allgemeine Druckluftsysteme in Industrie, Werkstatt und auf Baustellen. Das symmetrische Kupplungssystem besitzt einen einheitlichen Kupplungskopf und wird durch eine Drehbewegung um 45° verriegelt.
Die Kupplung besteht aus verzinktem Guss, verfügt über einen Klauenabstand von 42 mm mit Sicherheitsdoppelnocken und ist mit einer NBR-Gummidichtung ausgestattet.
