Das Clemco HSP-20 ist ein mobiles Rücksaug-Druckstrahlgerät mit 18-Liter-Strahlkessel, 18-Liter-Silo und integrierter Absaugung. Es verbindet hohe Druckstrahlleistung mit direkter Rückgewinnung von Strahlmittel und Staub am Arbeitsbereich. Mit 4,5-mm-Düse und etwa 10 bis 15 mm Strahlbreite eignet es sich für präzise Entrostungs-, Reparatur- und Beschichtungsarbeiten. Für den Betrieb werden Druckluft und ein 230-V-Stromanschluss benötigt.

We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.
Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Das Clemco HSP-20 kombiniert die hohe Abtragsleistung eines Druckstrahlgeräts mit einer integrierten Rücksaugung. Strahlmittel und gelöste Partikel werden direkt am Strahlkopf erfasst, zurückgeführt und getrennt. Dadurch eignet sich das System für lokale Arbeiten an eingebauten Bauteilen und Flächen, bei denen eine offene Strahlmittelverteilung vermieden werden soll.
Der mobile Rahmen trägt Druckstrahlkessel, Vorratssilo, Absaugung und Filtertechnik. Mit 4,5-mm-Düse und einer Strahlbreite von etwa 10 bis 15 mm ist das Gerät auf präzise Reparatur-, Entrostungs- und Beschichtungsarbeiten ausgelegt.

Funktionsweise
Der Druckstrahlkessel fördert das Strahlmittel mit höherer Energie als ein Injektorsystem. Die am Strahlkopf angeordnete Bürste beziehungsweise Abdichtung begrenzt den Arbeitsbereich, während die Absaugung Strahlmittel, Staub und Abtrag zurückführt. Wiederverwendbares Strahlmittel wird getrennt; Staub gelangt in die Filtereinheit.

Wartung und Sicherheit
Filter, Absaugschlauch, Strahlkopf, Bürste, Düse und Dichtungen regelmäßig prüfen. Nachlassende Saugleistung führt zu Staubaustritt und schlechter Strahlmittelrückgewinnung. Vor Wartung elektrische Versorgung trennen und Druckkessel vollständig drucklos machen. Beschädigte Schläuche oder Filter dürfen nicht weiterverwendet werden.
