Zwei Strahldüsen bearbeiten die Rohrinnenwand gleichmäßig rundum und ermöglichen hohe Arbeitsgeschwindigkeiten bei Entrostung und Oberflächenvorbereitung. Das System ist ohne oder mit Wagen, mit SB-1- oder SB-2-Strahlkopf sowie Düsen von 6,5 bis 9,5 mm erhältlich. Die Konfiguration muss passend zu Rohr-ID und verfügbarer Kompressorleistung gewählt werden.

We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.
Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Das Clemco Spin-Blast ist ein pneumatisch angetriebenes Rohrinnenstrahlgerät für die gleichmäßige Bearbeitung größerer Rohrinnendurchmesser. Zwei rotierende Strahldüsen verteilen das Strahlmittel rundum an der Rohrwand und ermöglichen eine reproduzierbare Entrostung, Entzunderung und Oberflächenvorbereitung.
Das System ist ohne oder mit Wagen erhältlich und wird entsprechend Rohr-ID mit Strahlkopf SB-1 oder SB-2 sowie Düsen von 6,5 bis 9,5 mm konfiguriert. Für konstante Ergebnisse müssen Vorschub, Drehzahl, Strahldruck und Materialzufuhr aufeinander abgestimmt sein.

Druckluft und Betrieb
Da zwei Düsen gleichzeitig arbeiten, muss der Gesamtluftbedarf beider Düsen berücksichtigt werden. Kompressor, Hauptluftleitung, Strahlschlauch und Kupplungen sind so auszulegen, dass 6 bis 8 bar unter realer Strahllast am Gerät anliegen. Ein gleichmäßiger Vorschub verhindert Überstrahlung und unvollständig bearbeitete Bereiche.
Wartung und Sicherheit
Rotationskopf, Düsen, Lagerung, Wagenrollen und Befestigungen regelmäßig prüfen. Ungleich verschlissene Düsen erzeugen Unwucht und ein ungleichmäßiges Strahlbild. Rohrenden abschirmen und sicherstellen, dass sich keine Personen in der Austrittsrichtung befinden. Montage und Einstellarbeiten ausschließlich bei druckloser Anlage durchführen.
