We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.
Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Die Clemco CB ist eine kurze Venturi-Sandstrahldüse mit Borcarbid-Düsenkern für professionelle Druckstrahlanlagen. Borcarbid zeichnet sich durch eine sehr hohe Verschleißfestigkeit aus und eignet sich besonders für regelmäßige Strahlarbeiten mit mineralischen und kantigen Strahlmitteln. Die kompakte Bauform ist handlich und gut kontrollierbar, insbesondere bei kleineren Bauteilen, Detailarbeiten und Einsätzen in Strahlkabinen.
Die Düse besitzt ein 25-mm-Grobgewinde und ist in Bohrungen von 3 bis 12 mm erhältlich. Passend ist ein Clemco NHP-Düsenhalter mit 25 mm Innen-Grobgewinde. Der harte Borcarbidkern sollte trotz seiner hohen Standzeit vor Stößen und Fallbelastungen geschützt werden.

Verschleiß, Pflege und Prüfung
Die Bohrung regelmäßig mit Düsenprüfstift prüfen. Borcarbid ist sehr verschleißfest, aber spröder als Wolframkarbid. Die Düse deshalb nicht fallen lassen oder gegen harte Bauteile schlagen. Vor jeder Schicht Kern, Mantel, Gewinde, Dichtung und Halter auf Risse, Ausbrüche und Lockerung prüfen. Nur drucklos wechseln. Beschädigte Düsen nicht kleben, aufbohren oder ausschleifen, sondern ersetzen.
Nützliche Hinweise
Der Betriebsdruck sollte unter voller Last möglichst nahe an der Düse kontrolliert werden. Zu kleine Schläuche, enge Kupplungen und verschmutzte Filter verursachen Druckverlust. Trockenes, zur Düse passendes Strahlmittel verwenden.
