Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.
Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

North Commander 2 blast helmet – professional respiratory, head, and face protection
The North Commander 2 is a compressed-air-supplied blast helmet for professional blasting work. It protects the head, face, respiratory tract, and upper body from dust, rebounding abrasive, and loosened particles. The robust, glass-fiber-reinforced helmet shell with rubber coating is designed for demanding use in blast rooms, workshops, on construction sites, and in industrial corrosion protection.
The helmet is continuously supplied with treated breathing air. The integrated regulating valve allows the airflow to be adjusted to the particular work situation. An airflow warning is triggered when the air flow rate drops to approximately 140 l/min or less.

Bisonyl or leather?
The Bisonyl cape is water-repellent, easy to clean, and particularly suitable for general blasting work as well as heavily contaminating or damp work areas.
The leather cape offers greater mechanical resistance to heavily rebounding abrasive and is recommended for intensive continuous use in steel construction, corrosion protection, shipbuilding, and blast halls.
Typical applications
✔ Professional sandblasting and compressed-air blasting
✔ Blast halls and blast rooms
✔ Steel and bridge construction
✔ Shipyards and shipbuilding
✔ Corrosion protection
✔ Tank and vessel construction
✔ Mechanical and plant engineering
✔ Industrial maintenance
Breathing-air supply and safety
The Commander 2 may only be operated with a suitable breathing-air source, approved breathing-air hoses, and a sufficiently conditioned breathing-air supply. The supplied air must meet the applicable requirements for breathing air. A breathing-air filter improves air quality, but does not replace a safe air source or any monitoring for carbon monoxide that may be required.
Before each use, the helmet, lenses, cape, air connection, regulator valve, breathing-air hose, and warning function must be checked. If the breathing-air supply is interrupted, leave the danger zone immediately.
FAQ – frequently asked questions
