Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

KALO Miniblaster I – compact fine blasting unit for precise blasting work

The KALO Miniblaster I is a compact pressure blasting unit for precise work on small and very small surfaces. KALO describes the Miniblaster series as powerful while maintaining low air consumption and specially designed for precise, targeted blasting.

Typical applications include cleaning, roughening, paint stripping, polishing, rust removal, mattifying, as well as fine lettering and cutting work. In addition to compressed air, the Miniblaster requires no other energy source and can therefore be operated flexibly from an existing compressed-air line or the compressed-air network of a blast cabinet.

Advantages

✅ Precise pressure blasting on small and very small surfaces
✅ High blasting performance with low air consumption
✅ Compact design and low weight
✅ Requires only compressed air as an energy source
✅ Blasting pressure can be adjusted via a lockable pressure regulator
✅ Abrasive flow can be adjusted at the pressure vessel
✅ Quick vent valve prevents unwanted post-blasting
✅ Suitable for common blasting media with a grain size of up to 250 µm
✅ Can be used as an add-on unit in manual blast cabinets

Precise adjustment of blasting pressure and abrasive flow

The blasting pressure is set using a lockable pressure regulator. The abrasive media flow can also be adjusted using an adjustment screw on the pressure vessel. This allows the Miniblaster I to be precisely adapted to fine and delicate blasting work.

The integrated quick-venting valve immediately interrupts the airflow after shutoff, thereby reducing unwanted continued blasting.

Use in blast cabinets

Thanks to its compact design, the Miniblaster I can also be used as an auxiliary unit in a manual blast cabinet. This provides a separate pressure-blasting system for fine or targeted work without necessarily requiring another complete blasting system.
