We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

The RPB Safety APF3100 is the original replacement filter cartridge for the RPB Radex supplied-air respirator filter. It renews the system’s 6-stage filtration performance and removes moisture, odors and particles down to 0.5 micrometers from the compressed-air stream.
The cartridge is a safety-critical wear part. RPB requires replacement after three months or 400 operating hours at the latest—whichever comes first. Shorter intervals may be required in conditions of high humidity, heavy contamination or polluted incoming air.

When must the cartridge be replaced?
The cartridge must be replaced after three months or 400 operating hours at the latest. The replacement schedule applies regardless of whether the filter is used daily or only occasionally. It should be replaced sooner if the compressed air is humid or heavily contaminated.
The filter cartridge does not remove carbon monoxide. The breathing-air source must be suitable and, if necessary, monitored with a gas monitor.
