Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

Clemco CT – 25 mm coarse thread – professional blast nozzle for controlled blasting work

The Clemco CT – 25 mm coarse thread is a short tungsten carbide blast nozzle for professional pressure blast systems. It shapes the air-abrasive stream into a defined blast pattern and therefore directly influences area coverage, working speed, abrasive consumption and the required compressor capacity. The available nozzle orifices of 3, 4.8, 6 and 8 mm enable adjustment to the component size, desired removal rate and available compressed-air supply.

Tungsten carbide combines high impact resistance with good wear resistance and is particularly suitable for robust construction-site and workshop applications. The nozzle has a 25 mm coarse-thread connection. For reliable operation, the nozzle holder, seal, blast hose and selected nozzle size must be technically compatible. An adequately dimensioned compressed-air supply is essential, as pressure losses in long or undersized lines can significantly reduce blasting performance.

Nozzle wear, inspection and maintenance

The nozzle liner is a wear part. As operating time increases, the bore becomes larger or irregular. This increases air and abrasive consumption while reducing pressure and blasting precision. The bore should therefore be measured and documented regularly using a nozzle inspection pin or a suitable nozzle gauge. A practical replacement limit is often an increase of approximately 1.5 mm over the original diameter; operating requirements and the desired blasting result may necessitate earlier replacement.

Before every shift, inspect the nozzle jacket, nozzle liner, threads or plug-in area, nozzle seal, and nozzle holder for cracks, chips, looseness, and unusual wear. The nozzle may only be removed or installed when depressurized. Keep the threads clean, do not cross-thread them, and install them without excessive force. Replace seals in good time, as leaks can erode the holder and cause dangerous abrasive discharge.

A damaged carbide nozzle must not be glued, welded, ground out, or drilled out. If there are cracks, chips, or a loose nozzle liner, the nozzle must be replaced completely. After use, blow the nozzle dry, remove adhering abrasive, and store it protected against impact.


Useful design tips

The smallest component in the compressed-air path determines the actual available performance. The compressor, air treatment equipment, fittings, blast hose, and nozzle holder must therefore be matched to the desired nozzle diameter. Hoses that are too long, kinked, or undersized cause pressure loss. For stable blasting performance, the desired operating pressure should be checked directly at the nozzle or under actual load.

The choice of abrasive has a significant impact on service life. Very aggressive, sharp-edged media increase wear. Damp or contaminated abrasive can cause blockages and uneven material flow. Use only approved grit sizes and ensure that the compressed air is dry and adequately treated.
