Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Clemco Cool Air Tube AC – pneumatic breathing-air cooling unit for Apollo 100 and Apollo 600

The Cool Air Tube is installed between the breathing-air hose and the blast helmet and cools the supplied air. This reduces the blaster’s heat exposure. The unit does not require an electrical connection.

Applications

Typical applications include hot blast rooms, corrosion protection work, outdoor construction sites in summer, vessel and plant construction, and extended blasting operations involving high physical heat exposure.

Care and maintenance

Clean the unit dry after use and protect it from moisture. Regularly inspect connections, couplings, seals, and air passages. Do not use aggressive cleaners or insert any objects into the air openings. Worn seals and damaged connections must be replaced.

📌 Important: The Cool Air Tube does not filter the air. The breathing air must comply with DIN EN 12021:2014-07.
