Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Please contact us by telephone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Radler & Ruf professional sandblasting gun – powerful injector blasting head for sandblasting cabinets

The Radler & Ruf professional sandblasting gun is a robust injector blasting head for use in professional sandblasting cabinets. It combines compressed air and blasting media directly in the blasting head, producing an even, controlled blast for cleaning, derusting and surface treatment.

The blasting gun is suitable as a replacement or retrofit part for suction blasting cabinets and is available with either a hardened-steel or carbide blasting nozzle. You can also choose between nozzle diameters of 6, 7 and 8 mm, allowing the gun to be adapted to the available compressor capacity and the desired surface coverage.

Your benefits at a glance

✅ Professional injector blasting head for sandblasting cabinets
✅ Even suction and conveying of the blasting media
✅ Robust design for workshops and industrial applications
✅ Available with either a hardened-steel or carbide nozzle
✅ Available with nozzle diameters of 6, 7 or 8 mm
✅ Suitable for cleaning, derusting and surface treatment
✅ Easy replacement for worn cabinet blasting guns
✅ Suitable for numerous suction blasting cabinets with injector principle

📦 Variants

✔ Hardened-steel blasting nozzle
Economical version for occasional to regular blasting work and less abrasive blasting media.

✔ Carbide blasting nozzle
More wear-resistant version for frequent use, longer service life and abrasive blasting media.

Available nozzle diameters:
✔ Ø 6 mm – lower compressed-air consumption and more precise processing
✔ Ø 7 mm – balanced ratio of air consumption and surface coverage
✔ Ø 8 mm – higher surface coverage with a correspondingly powerful compressor
💡 Note:
The appropriate nozzle size must match the compressor’s available delivery rate. As the nozzle diameter increases, blasting performance and compressed-air consumption also increase.

FAQ – frequently asked questions

What is the difference between hardened steel and carbide?
Carbide is significantly more wear-resistant and is particularly suitable for frequent use and abrasive blasting media. Hardened steel is the more economical solution for shorter operating times.

Which nozzle size is right?
The choice depends on compressor capacity, the desired blasting intensity, and the workpiece size. Larger nozzles require more compressed air.

Is the gun suitable for pressure blasting equipment?
No. It is an injector blast head for suction blast cabinets.
