HSP-200 Performance suction blasting unit, complete set
The Clemco HSP-200 Performance is a powerful vacuum-recovery pressure blasting system for larger workpieces and demanding maintenance tasks. The 40-litre blast pot enables longer operating intervals, while the vacuum recovery system captures abrasive media and dust directly at the work area. Cartridge filters and HEPA H14 after-filters support effective fine-dust separation. The system is particularly suitable for localized rust removal, paint stripping, and coating work with reduced abrasive-media dispersal.

Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Clemco HSP-200 Performance – high-performance vacuum recovery blasting system
The Clemco HSP-200 Performance is a professional vacuum recovery blast machine for larger workpieces and demanding maintenance work. The pressure blasting principle delivers high removal performance, while the powerful extraction system returns abrasive, dust and removed coating residues directly at the blast head.
The 40-litre pressure blast vessel enables longer work intervals. A filtration system with a cartridge filter and downstream HEPA H14 filter supports the safe separation of fine particles and makes the system particularly suitable for applications where dust control is critical.
✅ High removal performance through the pressure blasting principle
✅ Direct vacuum recovery at the blast head
✅ 40-litre pressure blast vessel
✅ Cartridge filter with HEPA H14 after-filter
✅ For larger workpieces and longer work intervals
✅ Reduced distribution of abrasive and dust
Technical equipment
| Blasting principle | Pressure blasting with vacuum recovery |
| Blast vessel | 40 litres |
| Filter stage 1 | Cartridge filter |
| Filter stage 2 | HEPA H14 |
| Application | Large workpieces, repair and maintenance |

System operation
The pressure blast vessel conveys the abrasive to the nozzle. The seal at the blast head limits the working area, while the extraction system returns material and dust. In the separation system, reusable abrasive is separated from fine dust. The filter stages must be unobstructed and correctly installed for vacuum recovery and dust control to function.
Typical applications
✔ Larger-area local derusting and paint removal
✔ Coating repair and corrosion protection
✔ Steel, vehicle, vessel and plant construction
✔ Work on installed or difficult-to-transport workpieces
System design and abrasive
The nozzle, pressure, abrasive and compressor capacity must be coordinated. Use only dry, free-flowing abrasives suitable for vacuum recovery systems. Greasy, wet or sticky contaminants must be removed before blasting so that recovery and filtration are not impaired.
Maintenance and safety
Check the filter differential pressure, suction power, hoses, brushes, nozzle, vessel and metering valve regularly. Do not blow out or clean HEPA filters improperly. Change filters with minimal dust release and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Depressurize the system before working on the vessel; disconnect the electrical supply before working on the extraction system.
FAQ – frequently asked questions
What distinguishes the HSP-200 from the HSP-20?
The HSP-200 has a larger 40-litre vessel and is designed for higher performance and larger workpieces.
Which filters are installed?
A cartridge filter stage and a HEPA H14 after-filter.
Is the system completely dust-free?
The vacuum recovery greatly reduces dust; the actual effectiveness depends on the seal, filter condition and surface.
