Wetblast Flex Compact wet blasting unit (100 ltr.), complete set
The Clemco Wetblast Flex Kompakt is a space-saving complete wet-blasting system with a 100-litre pressure blast pot and pneumatic W-92 pump. The metered water supply reduces dry dust dispersion during professional cleaning, derusting and coating-removal work. The PT dosing valve, quick shut-off, water separator, 9.5 mm tungsten carbide nozzle and 10 m blast hose are optimally matched. At 6 bar, the compressed-air requirement is approximately 5.0 m³/min plus a reserve.

Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.
Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Clemco Wetblast Flex Kompakt – mobile complete wet blasting system with 100-liter blast pot
The Clemco Wetblast Flex Kompakt combines professional wet blasting technology with an especially space-saving, mobile design. The controlled addition of water binds a large proportion of the dust generated during blasting directly at the blast stream or point of impact. The system is suitable for cleaning, derusting, coating removal and renovation work in workshops, industry and on construction sites.
The 100-liter pressure blast pot, the pneumatic W-92 pump with check valve, and the coordinated air, water and abrasive controls are mounted on a common frame. The standard 9.5 mm tungsten carbide nozzle enables high area coverage and requires a correspondingly sized compressed air supply.
✅ Compact, mobile system design
✅ 100-liter pressure blast pot for professional work intervals
✅ Pneumatic W-92 pump with check valve
✅ Significantly reduced dry dust dispersion
✅ PT abrasive metering valve for precise material feed
✅ Quick shut-off with dual function
✅ 9.5 mm tungsten carbide nozzle and 10 m blast hose

System components
✔ 100-liter pressure blast pot
✔ Pneumatic W-92 wet blasting pump with check valve
✔ Quick shut-off with dual function
✔ HMS water separator
✔ PT abrasive metering valve
✔ 9.5 mm tungsten carbide nozzle
✔ 10 m blast hose
Operating method and process control
Wet blasting technology combines the mechanical removal action of the abrasive with a metered addition of water. The amount of water is adjusted so that dust is bound without unnecessarily saturating the surface. Too much water increases cleaning effort, wastewater volume and, where applicable, the risk of corrosion; too little water reduces dust suppression.
For reproducible results, the air pressure, abrasive quantity, water pressure, working distance and blasting angle should be documented. For sensitive surfaces, a test area should be prepared in advance.
Compressed-air requirements and sizing
| Nozzle status | Pressure | Air requirement | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9.5 mm, new | 6 bar | approx. 5.0 m³/min | Allow for reserve capacity |
| worn | 6 bar target value | increasing | Check the orifice with a nozzle gauge |
The required operating pressure must be maintained under full blasting load. Long or undersized hoses, restrictive couplings, clogged filters and a worn nozzle cause pressure loss and increase compressor requirements.
Applications
✔ Low-dust surface preparation
✔ Rust removal and removal of old coatings
✔ Construction, renovation and maintenance work
✔ Cleaning steel structures, machinery and equipment
Care, maintenance and safety
Before each use, check the hoses, couplings, pump, valves, non-return valve, metering valve and nozzle. Drain condensate from the water separator and keep the compressed-air supply dry. After operation, flush the water lines with clean water, drain them completely and dry them.
Before maintenance, fully depressurise the system and secure it against being switched on again. If there is a risk of frost, the pump, hoses and fittings must be completely free of water. Wastewater and dissolved coating residues must be collected and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
FAQ – frequently asked questions
What is the difference compared with the larger Wetblast Flex?
The compact version has a 100-litre blast pot and a significantly more space-saving frame design.
Is a power connection required for the pump?
No. The W-92 operates pneumatically.
Can the water pressure be adjusted?
Yes, the system range is 0 to 4 bar and is adjusted to suit the application.
How much compressed air is required?
With a 9.5 mm nozzle, approximately 5.0 m³/min is required at 6 bar; additional allowance must be made for reserve capacity and line losses.
