Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.
Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

NovaBlast Thompson II – pneumatic precision metering valve in 1 1/4" or 1 1/2"
The NovaBlast Thompson II is a pneumatically actuated abrasive metering valve for professional pressure blasting machines and demanding industrial applications. It combines precise abrasive metering with a fast shut-off function and is available with either a 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" connection.
The valve opens and closes via the blasting machine's pneumatic remote control. When the dead-man hand lever is released, the abrasive flow is stopped simultaneously and the material path is reliably shut off. This reduces carryover, unnecessary abrasive consumption and uncontrolled material feed.
Compared with the first Thompson generation, the design was developed for faster response, finer metering, easier maintenance and longer service life. The smaller seat angle reduces the risk of abrasive becoming trapped under the piston. At the same time, the center section is structurally separated from the cylinder, making the liner, piston seal and valve seat easier to access.

Operating principle
The pneumatic remote control moves the piston inside the valve. When starting, the valve opens the material path; when stopping, the abrasive flow is immediately interrupted. The set position determines how much abrasive is fed into the compressed-air stream.
1 1/4" or 1 1/2"?
The appropriate connection size depends on the blast pot, pipeline, desired material flow rate, and existing system. The 1-1/2-inch version is particularly suitable for large blast pots and high abrasive volumes. The 1-1/4-inch version covers many classic professional pressure blasting systems.
Typical Applications
✔ Steel and bridge construction
✔ Shipyards and shipbuilding
✔ Tank and vessel construction
✔ Mechanical and plant engineering
✔ Industrial maintenance
✔ Contract blasting operations
✔ Multi-outlet systems and large-scale installations
Maintenance and Care
✔ Inspect the piston, liner, and valve seat
✔ Check the seals regularly
✔ Keep the adjustment mechanism clean
✔ Use only dry abrasive
✔ Replace wear parts in good time
✔ Test the valve for safe operation after maintenance
The Thompson II must be operated with a compatible pneumatic remote control system and professionally integrated into the blast system.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
What distinguishes Thompson I from Thompson II?
The Thompson II was further developed for faster response, finer metering, easier maintenance, and longer service life.
Why are there two connection sizes?
So that the valve can be adapted to different pot sizes, pipelines, and material flow rates.
Is the valve suitable for large blast pots?
Yes. The 1-1/2-inch version is particularly suitable for large systems and high material volumes.
Does the valve require a remote control system?
Yes, a compatible remote-control system is required for pneumatic operation.
Can the abrasive flow rate be finely adjusted?
Yes. That is one of the key strengths of the Thompson II valve.
