Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

How the wear protection works
During blasting, abrasive particles hit not only the workpiece but also the cabin's interior walls, doors, and edges. The rubber lining absorbs a large part of this mechanical load and prevents the abrasive media from hitting the painted or metal cabin surfaces directly.
In addition, the elastic surface dampens the rebound of the abrasive media. This can reduce wear on cabin components and contribute to quieter blasting operation.
Installation
Before installation, the interior surfaces of the cabin must be clean, dry, and free of loose abrasive media. The cut-to-size rubber components are aligned at the designated positions and secured with the supplied screws, nuts, and washers.
✔ Completely remove old wear material
✔ Clean the fastening surfaces
✔ Align rubber components without tension
✔ Tighten fasteners evenly
✔ Avoid protruding or loose edges
Maintenance and replacement
✔ Inspect heavily used areas particularly frequently
✔ Retighten loose fasteners
✔ Replace damaged sections in good time
✔ Remove abrasive media deposits behind the lining
✔ Use only precisely fitted versions for the respective cabin model
