Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

The fully pneumatic climate control unit regulates the temperature of the breathing air supplied to the blast helmet. The rotary control allows the temperature and airflow to be adjusted to the working conditions. Depending on the setting, the air is cooled or heated. No electrical connection is required.

Applications
Suitable for warm blasting rooms, cold outdoor construction sites, vessel and plant construction, corrosion protection, shipyards, and longer blasting operations with high thermal loads.
Care and maintenance
After use, clean the housing so it is dry and free of dust. Regularly check connections, couplings, seals and regulators for damage and ease of operation. Do not rinse the unit with water or aggressive cleaning agents. Maintenance and replacement of worn parts must be carried out in accordance with the Clemco operating instructions.
