Comprag Compressed Air Filter DFF-P, Coarse Filtration, with Filter Element, Max. 16 bar Operating Pressure, Flow Rate from 1.2 to 36.0 m³/min

The Comprag DFF-P dust filter is a robust compressed air filter for the coarse filtration of dry compressed air and serves as the first cleaning stage in compressed air treatment. With a filtration degree of 5 µm, it reliably removes coarse particles and protects downstream coalescing, activated carbon filters, and dryers from wear. Thanks to low pressure loss, integrated filter element, and operating pressure up to 16 bar, the DFF-P is ideal as a pre-filter for workshop and industrial systems with flow rates from 1.2 to 36.0 m³/min.

Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.

Leasing

In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

The shipping of our goods depends on size, weight, and nature, either via parcel service or via freight forwarding. The choice of shipping method is made by us at our discretion.

The delivery times indicated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time of the order.

A large part of the products offered is shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the specified benchmarks. In particular, material shortages, production delays, delivery bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control may lead to delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by circumstances that are outside our control. This particularly applies to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, transport companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, especially for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permissible as long as they are reasonable for the customer. No additional shipping costs will be incurred unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time of an item can be communicated individually upon request before or after the order.

📐 Adjustment of the flow rate – DFF compressed air filters

This calculator is for Adjustment of the flow rate of DFF compressed air filters to different operating pressures.

The specified nominal flow rates refer to a operating pressure of 7 bar. For other pressures, the flow rate is adjusted with a Correction factor adjusted.

Formula: Qactual = Q7 bar × Fp

Result:
Applies to all DFF filter types (e.g., fine, activated carbon, or pre-filters).

❓ FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
  • How often does the filter element need to be changed?
Every 12 months or at a differential pressure of 350 mbar.
  • Is the filter ready for use immediately?
Yes – it is supplied including filter element and drain valve.
  • Can the filter be combined with other DFF filter stages?
Yes, the DFF series is modular and can be combined with M-, S-, and A-filter stages.
  • What does filtration grade P mean?
The filter separates particles ≥ 5 µm – ideal for coarse filtration.
  • Is there suitable accessories?
Yes, e.g., wall mounting sets, inline installation sets, and replacement filter elements.
