Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.
Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Der Clemco Sandstrahlschlauch SM-1 ist für den professionellen Transport hoch abrasiver Medien wie Quarzsand, Stahlkies, Korund und Glas ausgelegt. Seine besonders hoch abriebfeste, glatte und elektrisch leitfähige Schlauchseele unterstützt eine sehr lange Lebensdauer und einen gleichmäßigen Strahlmittelfluss zwischen Druckstrahlkessel und Strahldüse.
Mit einem maximalen Betriebsdruck von 12 bar, antistatischer Konstruktion und einem Temperaturbereich von −35 bis +80 °C eignet sich der SM-1 für anspruchsvolle mobile und stationäre Strahlarbeiten in Industrie, Handwerk und Anlagenbau.

Schlauchgröße richtig auswählen
Der Innendurchmesser muss zur Luftmenge, Düsengröße und Schlauchlänge passen. Ein zu kleiner Querschnitt verursacht hohen Druckverlust und reduziert die Strahlleistung. Bei langen Leitungen und großen Düsen ist ein entsprechend größerer Innendurchmesser besonders wichtig.
Montage, Prüfung und Lagerung
Schlauchende rechtwinklig und sauber abschneiden. Kupplung und Düsenhalter müssen exakt zum Außendurchmesser passen. Vor jeder Schicht auf Schnitte, weiche Stellen, Blasen, sichtbare Gewebeeinlagen, Quetschungen und starke Außenabnutzung prüfen. Beschädigte oder ungewöhnlich stark verschlissene Schläuche sofort austauschen.
💡 Praxistipp: Druckverlust unter realer Strahllast messen. Ist der Kesseldruck hoch, der Druck an der Düse aber deutlich niedriger, sind Schlauchquerschnitt, Länge, Kupplungen und Luftaufbereitung gemeinsam zu prüfen.
