Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.
Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Clemco HSP-20 – mobile return-extraction pressure blasting unit as a complete set
The Clemco HSP-20 combines the high removal performance of a pressure blasting unit with integrated return extraction. Abrasive and removed particles are captured directly at the blast head, returned and separated. This makes the system suitable for local work on installed components and surfaces where open abrasive distribution is to be avoided.
The mobile frame supports the pressure blast vessel, storage silo, extraction system and filter technology. With a 4.5-mm nozzle and a blast width of approximately 10 to 15 mm, the equipment is designed for precise repair, rust removal and coating work.
✅ Pressure blasting with direct return extraction
✅ Mobile complete system on a wheeled frame
✅ Recovery of suitable abrasive
✅ 18-litre blast vessel plus 18-litre silo
✅ Precise working area of approx. 10–15 mm
✅ For workshops, construction sites and maintenance

How it works
The pressure blast vessel conveys the abrasive with higher energy than an injector system. The brush or seal arranged at the blast head limits the working area, while the extraction system returns abrasive, dust and removed material. Reusable abrasive is separated; dust enters the filter unit.
Applications
✔ Local rust and paint removal
✔ Weld seam and repair preparation
✔ Work on steel structures, vehicles and equipment
✔ Maintenance without widespread abrasive distribution
Maintenance and safety
Check the filter, extraction hose, blast head, brush, nozzle and seals regularly. Declining suction performance leads to dust escaping and poor abrasive recovery. Disconnect the electrical supply before maintenance and fully depressurize the pressure vessel. Damaged hoses or filters must not be used further.
FAQ – frequently asked questions
Does the HSP-20 require compressed air and electricity?
Yes, compressed air for the blasting process and 230 V for the extraction system.
Is abrasive reused?
Suitable, clean abrasive is recovered in the circuit; used or contaminated material must be replaced.
Is the equipment intended for large areas?
The HSP-20 is specially designed for precise local work.
