We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.
Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Clemco CAM – Wolframkarbid-Winkeldüse für schwer zugängliche Bereiche
Die Clemco CAM ist eine spezielle Winkel-Sandstrahldüse für professionelle Druckstrahlanlagen. Je nach Ausführung besitzt sie einen, zwei oder drei seitliche Strahlaustritte mit jeweils 45° und ermöglicht dadurch die Bearbeitung von Innenkanten, Hinterschneidungen, Profilen, Rohrabschnitten und anderen Bereichen, die mit einer geraden Düse nur schwer erreichbar sind. Der Düsenkern aus Wolframkarbid bietet eine hohe Schlagfestigkeit und gute Verschleißbeständigkeit.
Die Düse besitzt ein 50-mm-Grobgewinde und ist mit Austrittsbohrungen von 4,8 bis 9,5 mm erhältlich. Passend sind Clemco NHP-Düsenhalter mit 50 mm Innen-Grobgewinde sowie der CFP-50. Bei Varianten mit zwei oder drei Austritten muss der Luftbedarf je Austrittsöffnung addiert werden.

Verschleiß, Pflege und Prüfung
Alle Austrittsöffnungen regelmäßig mit einer geeigneten Düsenlehre prüfen. Unterschiedlicher Verschleiß zwischen den Austritten verändert Strahlverteilung und Reaktionskräfte. Vor jeder Schicht Kern, Mantel, Gewinde, Dichtung und Halter auf Risse, Ausbrüche und Lockerung kontrollieren. Nur drucklos wechseln. Beschädigte Düsen nicht kleben, aufbohren oder ausschleifen, sondern ersetzen.
Nützliche Hinweise
Die Düse erzeugt seitliche Reaktionskräfte. Vor Arbeitsbeginn sichere Körperhaltung und kontrollierte Führung sicherstellen. Bei mehreren Austritten steigt der Luftbedarf entsprechend stark; Schlauch, Kompressor und Armaturen müssen dafür ausgelegt sein.
