We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.
Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Clemco CTSG Clemlast – lange Wolframkarbid-Venturidüse für präzise Strahlarbeiten
Die Clemco CTSG Clemlast ist eine lange Venturi-Sandstrahldüse für professionelle Druckstrahlanlagen. Ihre verlängerte Bauform unterstützt einen gebündelten, gleichmäßigen Strahl und ist besonders geeignet, wenn eine definierte Flächenleistung und ein ruhiges Strahlbild gefragt sind. Der Düsenkern aus Wolframkarbid verbindet hohe Schlagfestigkeit mit guter Verschleißbeständigkeit.
Die Düse ist mit 50 mm Grobgewinde und in den Bohrungen 4,8 und 6,5 mm erhältlich. Dadurch eignet sie sich für kleinere bis mittlere Strahlarbeiten, bei denen kontrollierter Materialabtrag wichtiger ist als maximaler Luftdurchsatz. Passend sind Clemco NHP-Düsenhalter mit 50 mm Innen-Grobgewinde sowie der CFP-50.

Verschleiß, Pflege und Prüfung
Die Bohrung regelmäßig mit Düsenprüfstift oder Düsenlehre messen. Eine ausgeschliffene oder unrunde Bohrung erhöht Luft- und Strahlmittelverbrauch und verschlechtert das Strahlbild. Vor jeder Schicht Düsenkern, Mantel, Gewinde, Dichtung und Halter auf Risse, Ausbrüche und Lockerung prüfen.
Die Düse ausschließlich bei druckloser Anlage wechseln. Gewinde sauber halten und nicht verkanten. Beschädigte Düsen nicht kleben, aufbohren oder ausschleifen, sondern ersetzen. Nach dem Einsatz trocken ausblasen und stoßgeschützt lagern.
Nützliche Hinweise
Der Betriebsdruck sollte unter voller Last möglichst nahe an der Düse geprüft werden. Zu kleine oder lange Schläuche, verschmutzte Filter und enge Kupplungen verursachen Druckverlust. Nur trockenes und zur Düsengröße passendes Strahlmittel verwenden.
