Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.
Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Clemco SMS – long silicon carbide Venturi nozzle with 50 mm coarse thread
The Clemco SMS is a long Venturi sandblasting nozzle for professional pressure blasting systems. The silicon carbide nozzle core offers a good balance of wear resistance, weight, and cost-effectiveness. The long Venturi geometry supports a focused, even blast pattern and is suitable for regular cleaning, rust removal, and surface preparation work.
The nozzle is available in 6.5 and 8 mm and has a 50 mm coarse thread. Compatible options are Clemco NHP nozzle holders with a 50 mm internal coarse thread and the CFP-50. Despite its good service life, silicon carbide should be protected from hard impacts and drops.

Wear, care, and inspection
Check the bore regularly with a nozzle inspection pin. An enlarged or out-of-round bore increases air consumption and worsens the blast pattern. Before each shift, check the core, jacket, thread, seal, and holder for cracks, breakage, and looseness. Do not drop the nozzle. Replace it only when depressurized. Do not glue, drill out, or grind damaged nozzles; replace them instead.
Useful tips
The operating pressure should be checked as close to the nozzle as possible under full load. Hoses that are too small, restrictive couplings, and clogged filters cause pressure loss. Use dry abrasive suitable for the nozzle.
