Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Please contact us by telephone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco BXS – long boron carbide Venturi nozzle for high area coverage

The Clemco BXS is a long Venturi blast nozzle with a highly wear-resistant boron carbide nozzle core. It is designed for performance-oriented professional abrasive blasting systems and is particularly suitable for larger surfaces, intensive rust and paint removal, and preparing steel surfaces before coating or corrosion protection.

The nozzle is available in 10 and 12 mm and has a 50 mm coarse thread. Compatible holders include Clemco NHP nozzle holders with a 50 mm internal coarse thread and the CFP-50. Both sizes require high air volumes; the entire compressed air system must therefore be adequately sized.

✅ Long Venturi design for high area coverage
✅ 50 mm coarse thread
✅ 10 and 12 mm orifices

10 mm 4,75 5,70 6,55 7,50 8,35
12 mm 6,25 7,50 8,65 9,90 11,00

Applications

✔ Large-area rust and mill scale removal
✔ Removal of heavy old coatings
✔ Steel, tank and plant construction
✔ Preparation of large surfaces for corrosion protection

Wear, care and inspection

Measure the orifice regularly with a suitable nozzle gauge. Boron carbide offers a long service life but is sensitive to impact. Do not drop the nozzle. Before each shift, check the core, jacket, thread, seal and holder for cracks, chips and looseness. Change only when depressurized. Do not glue, drill out or grind damaged nozzles; replace them instead.

Useful tips

The large orifices require high air volumes and adequately sized hoses, couplings and air treatment equipment. Under full load, the operating pressure should be checked as close to the nozzle as possible.

FAQ

Which holder fits?
Clemco NHP 50 mm or CFP-50.

Why boron carbide?
Because of its high wear resistance and long service life.
