Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Contracor SuperBent 1000 - 45° angled boron carbide sandblasting nozzle with polyurethane jacket & 50 mm coarse thread

The Contracor SuperBent 1000 is a high-quality angled sandblasting nozzle with a fixed 45° blasting angle, designed for blasting applications in hard-to-reach areas such as inside corners, edges, profiles or recessed surfaces. The extremely wear-resistant boron carbide insert, compact design with an overall length of 125 mm and the shock-absorbing polyurethane jacket make this nozzle the ideal choice for demanding industrial applications.

Targeted blasting in difficult-to-reach areas

Thanks to its angled design, the SuperBent nozzle enables targeted blasting in areas that are inaccessible or difficult to reach with standard nozzles. The fixed 45° outlet angle ensures an even blast pattern, even on intricate surfaces. This is particularly useful for cleaning, derusting or paint removal from complex steel structures, containers or machine components.

The boron carbide insert offers an especially long service life, even when used with highly abrasive blasting media such as corundum or slag. The impact-resistant polyurethane jacket reliably protects the nozzle from damage while also ensuring improved handling.

Technical data

Nozzle geometry: Angled nozzle, 45° outlet angle
Nozzle insert: Boron carbide (BC)
Outer jacket: Polyurethane (shock-absorbing, ergonomic)
Overall length: 125 mm
Connection thread: 50 mm coarse thread, aluminium

Available nozzle diameters:

  • 6.5 mm
  • 8.0 mm
  • 9.5 mm
  • 11.0 mm
  • 12.5 mm

📊 Compressed-air consumption of sandblasting nozzles (m³/min)

Caution! The specified air consumption applies only to new sandblasting nozzles. As wear increases, the nozzle's compressed-air requirement also increases, reaching a maximum of 70% to 80% more than when new! We therefore recommend an air reserve of at least 50%.
