Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Contracor PTC-360° – short tungsten carbide internal pipe blasting nozzle

The Contracor PTC-360° is a compact specialty nozzle for uniform internal pipe blasting. The abrasive is distributed radially around the entire circumference in the nozzle head and treats the pipe’s inner wall in a 360° blast pattern.

With an 8 mm nozzle orifice, a total length of 75 mm and a wear-resistant tungsten carbide nozzle core, the PTC-360° is particularly suitable for short, easily accessible pipe sections and professional cleaning and rust-removal work.

Your benefits at a glance
✅ Even 360° blast pattern for internal pipe surfaces
✅ Compact design with a length of only 75 mm
✅ Wear-resistant tungsten carbide nozzle core
✅ 8 mm nozzle orifice for high blasting performance
✅ 50 mm coarse thread for compatible NHP nozzle holders
✅ Suitable for rust removal, paint stripping and surface preparation
✅ For mobile and stationary pressure blasting systems

Technical data
Feature Specification
Model PTC-360°
Nozzle core Tungsten carbide
Nozzle orifice 8 mm
Total length 75 mm
Thread 50 mm coarse thread
Article number 10112590

How it works

The air-abrasive mixture enters the nozzle head and is deflected radially outward there. This creates a circumferential blast pattern that treats the pipe’s inner wall around its entire circumference.

Typical applications
✔ Rust removal from internal pipe surfaces
✔ Removal of scale and old coatings
✔ Preparation before internal coating or lining
✔ Pipeline, vessel and plant construction
✔ Maintenance and overhaul

Installation and application

The nozzle is screwed into a suitable nozzle holder with a 50 mm coarse thread. For an even result, the nozzle must be guided as centrally as possible inside the pipe. Depending on the pipe diameter, a suitable centering aid may be required.

Maintenance and safety
✔ Check the nozzle orifice and outlet openings regularly
✔ Install the nozzle only when the system is completely depressurized
✔ Use the appropriate nozzle seal
✔ Replace damaged or heavily worn nozzles immediately
✔ Properly ground the blasting system
✔ Use the required protective equipment
