The Gram Clean Air UFPR-BS-ISO is a fully equipped extraction table with an integrated VL 1175 fan, G113 filter cartridge, extraction through the work surface and rear wall, and an insulated ceiling and insulated side walls. It is available in widths from 1,000 to 3,000 mm, with two table depths and a worktop made of wood, steel, stainless steel, or POM. Extensive options such as perforated sheet metal, increased load capacity, LED lighting, a silencer, automatic Roto cleaning, a vice mounting plate, and electrical connection equipment enable configuration tailored to the application.

Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). Gram Clean Air UFPR-BS-ISO extraction table – ready-to-connect extraction workstation with insulated enclosure

The Gram Clean Air UFPR-BS-ISO is a fully equipped extraction table for dust- and fume-generating work such as grinding, welding, deburring, cleaning and machining. Extraction takes place via the table surface and the extracting rear wall. Insulated side walls and an insulated ceiling enclose the work area and reduce sound propagation.

The standard equipment includes an integrated VL 1175 fan with 1.5 kW, a G113 filter cartridge, manual Roto filter cleaning and a table support made of wooden slats. The table is available in five widths, two depths or extraction surface depths, and with four different table supports.

Table supports

Wooden slats
Standard support for more delicate workpieces and many general grinding and machining tasks.

Steel ribs
Robust support for mechanically demanding work. The standard wooden slats are replaced depending on the size.

Stainless steel ribs
Corrosion-resistant design for applications with increased requirements for material resistance and cleaning.

POM plastic ribs
Gentle on workpieces and chemically resistant alternative. The permissible point load is lower than for the metal versions.

The rib length required for the selected version is automatically determined by the selected table depth: approx. 479 mm for a table depth of 1,000 mm or approx. 729 mm for a table depth of 1,250 mm.

Selection guide for the table surface

Wood: versatile and gentle on workpieces.

Configuration note

Changes and additions are compiled to match the selected table size. Some options replace components of the standard configuration, while others are installed additionally. Not every combination is technically practical or approved. For complex configurations, we check the configuration before order approval and point out any required additions or impermissible combinations.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the UFPR-BS-ISO and the UFPR-BS?
The UFPR-BS-ISO has insulated ceiling and side walls. The UFPR-BS has the same basic layout, but without insulation of the enclosure.

Is the fan already included?
Yes. The UFPR-BS-ISO is supplied with the integrated VL 1175 fan with a power rating of 1.5 kW.

Which filter cartridge is installed as standard?
The standard equipment includes the G113 filter cartridge.

How is the filter cleaned?
As standard, cleaning is performed using manual Roto cleaning. Automatic Roto cleaning is available as an option.

Can the table surface be changed?
Yes. In addition to the standard wooden bars, steel ribs, stainless steel ribs, and POM plastic ribs are available.

Is a perforated sheet available?
Yes. A suitable perforated sheet is available for every table size and rests on the existing wooden bars or steel ribs.

Can the load-bearing capacity be increased?
Yes. Depending on the size, the table structure can be reinforced from 150 to 300 kg per metre of rib surface.

Is workplace lighting available?
Yes. The output and number of LED lights are automatically determined by the selected table width.

Can a vise be mounted?
A support plate for a vise or similar attachments is optionally available. The design depends on the table depth.

Can the exhaust air be routed onward?
An additional exhaust air connection is available for the optional silencer.

Can the table be connected ready for operation?
The electrical equipment can optionally be supplemented with a motor protection switch, connection cable, and CEE plug. For the larger widths, two motor protection switches are provided.
