Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco Spin-XL – Internal pipe blasting machine with chassis for 400 to 1,500 mm pipe IDs

The Clemco Spin-XL is designed for the professional internal blasting of large pipes and cylindrical components. The pneumatic rotary drive guides the blast nozzles evenly around the pipe axis, while the adjustable chassis centers the equipment and enables controlled feed.

With three chassis configurations, the system covers internal pipe diameters from 400 to 1,500 mm. Nozzle size and compressed air supply are selected on a project-specific basis; large diameters and high surface area performance require correspondingly high air volumes.

Your benefits
✅ For large pipe IDs from 400–1,500 mm
✅ Pneumatic rotary drive
✅ Adjustable, self-centering chassis
✅ Uniform all-around processing
✅ Three diameter ranges available
✅ For industrial pipe, tank, and plant projects

Technical data
Internal pipe diameter 400–1,500 mm
Operating pressure 6–8 bar
Compressed air requirement approx. 10–12 m³/min, depending on nozzle configuration
Max. abrasive grain size approx. 1.2 mm
Operating temperature −5 to +40 °C
Drive pneumatic

Versions by pipe ID
Pipe ID Item no. Chassis
400–580 mm 24407D compact configuration
580–800 mm 24407D-1 medium configuration
800–1,500 mm 24407D-2 large configuration

Project-specific specification

Nozzle orifice, number of nozzles, feed rate, and compressor capacity determine the achievable surface area performance. The actual pressure must be maintained at the equipment during blasting. Large cross-sections and couplings with as little flow resistance as possible are required for long hose runs.

Applications

✔ Internal surfaces of large pipelines

✔ Tank and plant construction

✔ Rust removal, descaling, and surface preparation for coating

✔ Series processing of large cylindrical components

Maintenance and safety

Check the rotary motor, bearings, nozzle arms, nozzles, wheels, and adjustment elements before each use. The chassis must be adjusted symmetrically and securely fixed. Imbalance, unusual noises, or vibrations are grounds for immediate shutdown. Secure the pipe ends against abrasive escape.

FAQ – frequently asked questions

Which version is correct?
The selection is based directly on the measured internal pipe diameter.

How much compressed air is required?
As a system guideline, approximately 10 to 12 m³/min; the exact specification depends on the nozzles and operating pressure.

Are blast nozzles included?
The product is offered without blast nozzles as stated in the title; these must be selected to suit the system.
