We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products exclusively to entrepreneurs, businesses, and self-employed individuals, starting from a net purchase value of €1,000. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
Under a lease, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The product is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. As a rule, lease payments can be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed basic lease term has expired, the product can generally be purchased.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is recognized as an asset on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official AfA depreciation tables. Upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment, ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Operating principle and maintenance
When the hand lever is actuated, the main air supply is released. When the lever is released, the main air supply must be shut off and the vessel vented in a controlled manner. Installation must only be carried out on a completely depressurized system. Check the inlet valve, outlet valve, pilot pressure regulator, control hose, hand lever, and silencer together.
💡 Practical tip: Slow shutdown is often caused by a clogged silencer or a restricted pilot line.
