We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Clemco MM-HMS 1/2-Inch Water Separator – Compact Compressed-Air Treatment for Sandblasting Machines
The Clemco MM-HMS is a compact water separator with a 1/2-inch connection for smaller pressure blast machines and correspondingly sized compressed-air systems. It reduces liquid condensate in the incoming air, thereby supporting a drier, more consistent abrasive flow.
Moisture can cause abrasive to clump and block metering valves, hoses, or nozzles. The MM-HMS is therefore an important component of air treatment in compact Clemco systems. It is available with a manual or automatic condensate drain.

Installation and selection
The water separator is installed in the correct flow direction upstream of the pressure blast pot. The 1/2-inch version must not be used in systems whose air demand exceeds the permissible system flow rate, as an undersized cross-section can cause significant pressure loss. Nozzle size, operating pressure, and total air demand are decisive.
Maintenance
Drain condensate regularly and check the drain function, housing, seals, and connections. A clogged or defective automatic drain can fill the vessel and carry water into the system. Perform maintenance only when the system is completely depressurized.
