We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Revision and functional inspection
Before servicing, fully depressurize the pressure blast machine, empty the abrasive, and disconnect the breathing-air supply. Clean sealing surfaces, threads, valve seats, hoses, and connections, and inspect them for mechanical damage. Respiratory protection components may only be serviced according to the manufacturer's instructions and repaired using approved parts.
After completion, leak tightness, the start/stop function, complete venting, abrasive metering, and the breathing-air supply must be checked separately and then verified in the system. Damaged components or components that cannot be clearly identified must not be used further.

Is the set only for the vessel?
No, it is intended as a system set associated with the Apollo-600 system.
Is the content identical for every system?
The current bill of materials applies to item 27236D; compatibility and configuration must nevertheless be checked.
Can the breathing-air system be modified as desired?
No, safety-relevant breathing-air components may only be serviced and combined in accordance with Clemco specifications.
