Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco CTJG Clemlast – short tungsten carbide Venturi nozzle with 50 mm coarse thread

The Clemco CTJG Clemlast is a compact Venturi abrasive blasting nozzle for professional pressure blast systems. It combines a short, easy-to-handle design with a robust tungsten carbide nozzle core and is particularly suitable for workshop, blast cabinet, and on-site applications where controlled operation and a durable nozzle are required. The available nozzle bores from 4.8 to 12.5 mm allow it to be configured for both small detail work and high-performance surface treatment.

The 50 mm coarse thread is designed for compatible Clemco NHP nozzle holders or the CFP-50 coupling nozzle holder. Nozzle diameter and operating pressure together determine the compressed air requirement. The compressed air supply must therefore be designed so that the desired pressure remains stable at the nozzle even when the abrasive metering valve is fully open.

Your benefits at a glance

Compressed air requirements by nozzle diameter and operating pressure

Reference values in m³/min. To account for line losses, pressure fluctuations, and nozzle wear, the compressor should have at least 50% reserve capacity.

Nozzle diameter Operating pressure
4 bar 5 bar 6 bar 7 bar 8 bar
4.8 mm 0,95 1,12 1,30 1,48 1,65
6.5 mm 1,45 1,72 2,00 2,28 2,55
8 mm 2,45 2,95 3,40 3,90 4,35
9.5 mm 3,55 4,25 4,90 5,60 6,25

12.5 mm 6,25 7,50 8,65 9,90 11,00

Typical applications

✔ Removing rust and mill scale from steel parts
✔ Removing paint and old coatings
✔ Roughening before painting or coating
✔ Cleaning machine, system, and vehicle parts
✔ Processing small to medium-sized surfaces

Wear, inspection, and maintenance

Measure the nozzle bore regularly with a nozzle inspection pin or nozzle gauge. A bore that has become enlarged or out of round increases air and abrasive consumption and worsens the blast pattern. Before every shift, inspect the nozzle core, jacket, thread, seal, and holder for cracks, breakouts, looseness, and washout.

Only change the nozzle when the system is completely depressurized. Keep the thread clean and do not cross-thread it. Do not glue, drill out, or grind damaged nozzles; replace them completely. After use, blow them dry and store them protected against impacts.

Useful tips

Hoses that are too small, too long, or kinked, as well as dirty filters and restrictive couplings, cause pressure loss. The operating pressure should therefore be checked under real load as close to the nozzle as possible. Use only dry abrasive suitable for the nozzle.

FAQ

Which nozzle holder fits?
Clemco NHP with a 50 mm internal coarse thread or CFP-50.

When is the nozzle worn out?
When the bore has become enlarged or out of round, air consumption increases, or the blast pattern changes noticeably.

Is repair possible?
No. Damaged tungsten carbide nozzles must be replaced.

Why a 50% compressor reserve?
To compensate for line losses, pressure fluctuations, and increasing nozzle wear.
