We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.
Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Lightweight sandblasting suit made of sailcloth and cotton.
This lightweight sandblasting suit protects the user from ricocheting blasting media. It is a cheap replacement for heavy blasting overalls and is particularly suitable for short-term use or for support staff at the blasting site. Due to its lower weight, this sandblasting suit can also be worn comfortably in countries with hot climates and in summer. The combination of sail and cotton fabric ensures that it can be machine washed. At sites where blasting overalls have to be disposed of due to pollution, the lightweight sandblasting suit can be used as an economically viable alternative to a heavy sandblasting suit.
