Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.

Leasing

In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

The shipping of our goods depends on size, weight, and nature, either via parcel service or via freight forwarding. The choice of shipping method is made by us at our discretion.

The delivery times indicated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners at the time of the order.

A large part of the products offered is shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipping). As a result, delivery times may differ from the specified benchmarks. In particular, material shortages, production delays, delivery bottlenecks, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control may lead to delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by circumstances that are outside our control. This particularly applies to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, transport companies, or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, especially for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permissible as long as they are reasonable for the customer. No additional shipping costs will be incurred unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time of an item can be communicated individually upon request before or after the order.

Please contact us by phone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If there are significant delivery delays, we will inform the customer immediately. Mandatory legal rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Contracor BRS-5 – Dust-free blasting and recovery system

The Contracor BRS-5 is a mobile, electrically assisted pressure blasting device with an integrated recovery system in a closed circuit. It enables a completely dust-free sandblasting process, as abrasive and dust are simultaneously extracted and filtered. While the vacuum unit and the filter system are electrically operated (5.5 kW), the pressure blast tank requires a compressed air connection for operation. This makes the BRS-5 ideal for use indoors or anywhere conventional sandblasting is not possible or allowed due to dust generation.

✅ Highlights
  • Closed circuit – clean and dust-free blasting
  • Blast tank with 50 L volume and integrated cyclone separator
  • Electric vacuum pump (5.5 kW) with automatic filter cleaning
  • Blast-suction head with interchangeable brushes
  • Simultaneous recovery and reuse of abrasive
  • Easy operation with pneumatic remote control and hand lever

💡 Areas of application
  • Dust-free blasting in enclosed spaces
  • Processing of weld seams, edges, and local repair spots
  • Removal of rust, scale, coatings, and contaminants
  • Surface preparation with simultaneous dust and abrasive extraction

📊 Compressed air requirements of sandblasting nozzles (m³/min)
  • Attention! The specified air requirement applies only to new sandblasting nozzles. As wear increases, the air requirement of the nozzle also increases, up to a maximum of 70% to 80% more than in new condition! Therefore, we recommend an air reserve of at least 50%.

❓ FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
  • Which surfaces can be processed with the BRS-5?
Steel, weld seams, oxidized or corroded surfaces, as well as locally coated surfaces.
  • Which abrasives can be used?
Aluminum oxide up to 1.5 mm or steel grit up to G40 (1.0 mm) is recommended.
  • What is the performance?
On average, about 4–6 m² per hour for surfaces or 70–80 linear meters per hour for weld seams (depending on surface and operator).
  • How is dust retention achieved?
The abrasive suction head immediately vacuums abrasive material and dust and retains it through a cyclone + filter unit.
  • Do I need special protective equipment?
Thanks to dust-free operation, no full equipment is required, but safety goggles and hearing protection are recommended.
  • How is the abrasive material refilled?
The abrasive material is filled through the separator door. Minimum fill quantity: 20 kg.
