We offer exclusively for entrepreneurs, traders, and self-employed individuals financing options leasing and hire purchase for selected products starting from a net goods value of €1,000. Below you will find the essential differences between both financing forms.
Leasing
In leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use against payment of regular leasing installments. The accounting is done by the lessor. The leasing installments can usually be claimed as business expenses for tax purposes. These are gross installments, and value-added tax is incurred throughout the entire term. After the agreed basic rental period, acquisition of the product by purchase is generally possible.
Hire Purchase
Hire purchase is economically equivalent to a installment purchase. The product is activated in the balance sheet of the hire purchaser and depreciated according to the official depreciation tables. Upon payment of the last hire purchase installment, ownership of the object transfers to the hire purchaser. The value-added tax must be paid in full with the first hire purchase installment (pass-through item).

Clemco CTXG Clemlast – lange Wolframkarbid-Venturidüse für hohe Flächenleistung
Die Clemco CTXG Clemlast ist eine lange Venturi-Sandstrahldüse für professionelle Druckstrahlanlagen. Durch die verlängerte Venturi-Geometrie wird der Luft-Strahlmittel-Strom beschleunigt und zu einem leistungsfähigen, gleichmäßigen Strahl gebündelt. Das macht die Düse besonders interessant für größere Flächen, intensive Entrostungsarbeiten und eine zügige Oberflächenvorbereitung.
Der Düsenkern besteht aus schlagfestem Wolframkarbid. Verfügbar sind Bohrungen von 8 bis 12,5 mm. Das 50-mm-Grobgewinde passt zu Clemco NHP-Düsenhaltern mit 50 mm Innen-Grobgewinde sowie zum CFP-50. Je größer die Bohrung und je höher der Betriebsdruck, desto höher sind Luft- und Strahlmittelbedarf.

Verschleiß, Pflege und Prüfung
Die Bohrung regelmäßig mit Düsenprüfstift messen. Eine vergrößerte oder unrunde Bohrung erhöht den Luftverbrauch und verschlechtert das Strahlbild. Vor jeder Schicht Düsenkern, Mantel, Gewinde, Dichtung und Halter auf Risse, Ausbrüche und Auswaschungen prüfen. Die Düse nur drucklos wechseln, Gewinde sauber halten und beschädigte Düsen vollständig ersetzen. Nach Gebrauch trocken ausblasen und stoßgeschützt lagern.
Nützliche Hinweise
Große Bohrungen verlangen sehr hohe Luftmengen. Der Betriebsdruck muss unter voller Last an der Düse gehalten werden. Zu kleine Schläuche, enge Kupplungen und verschmutzte Filter verursachen erhebliche Druckverluste.
