Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Please contact us by telephone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

🔧 IBIX IB 2000 – mobile petrol-driven rotary screw compressor for professional blasting work

The IBIX IB 2000 is a powerful, mobile petrol-driven rotary screw compressor for professional blasting and compressed-air applications. With an air delivery rate of 1,900 l/min, a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar and a powerful Honda petrol engine with 22 hp, it reliably supplies compressed air even at sites without a power supply.

The mobile rotary screw compressor features an integrated cooling system with condensate separation as well as an electronically controlled, time-controlled condensate drain. This reduces moisture in the compressed air supplied and creates good conditions for demanding blasting work.

The electronic START-WORK system supports reliable starting even at low temperatures. At the same time, the ECONOMY SYSTEM automatically and gradually adjusts the engine speed to the actual air demand. This reduces fuel consumption, noise and mechanical strain when less compressed air is required.

The IBIX IB 2000 is delivered fully pre-assembled and ready for use.

⚙️ Screw compressor for high and consistent air demand

The IBIX IB 2000 operates with a high-performance screw compressor. This design is particularly suitable for applications requiring a consistent, high air volume over extended periods of operation. With up to 1,900 l/min, it provides sufficient compressed air for demanding blasting and compressed-air applications.

💡 Suitable for the IBIX 25 system

The compressed-air connections of the IBIX IB 2000 are dimensioned and designed for the required airflow to connect to the IBIX 25 blasting unit.

💧 Integrated cooling system and automatic condensate drainage

When ambient air is compressed, heat is generated and moisture may precipitate as condensate. The IBIX IB 2000 therefore features an integrated cooling system with condensate separation. The separated condensate is automatically removed from the system via an electronic, time-controlled drain valve.

This reduces the operator’s workload and lowers the moisture content of the discharged compressed air. This is particularly beneficial for blasting work, as moisture can impair abrasive flow and lead to operational faults.

⛽ ECONOMY SYSTEM for demand-based operation

The innovative ECONOMY SYSTEM automatically and gradually adjusts the engine speed to the actual air volume required. When less compressed air is being drawn, the engine does not run continuously at full speed.

This helps reduce fuel consumption while also reducing noise and mechanical strain. When air demand increases, the system automatically raises the engine speed.

❄️ Reliable start-up with START-WORK

The electronic START-WORK system supports reliable compressor start-up even at low ambient temperatures. This makes the IBIX IB 2000 suitable for changing worksites and varying weather conditions.

🛞 Designed for mobile use

The mobile design makes it easier to position the compressor at the worksite. A folding drawbar reduces the space required during transport and storage. The opening protective cover safeguards the equipment while providing easy access for inspection and maintenance.

The transparent 20-liter fuel tank allows the fill level to be checked quickly. If needed, the tank can be easily removed using the integrated handle.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Is the IBIX IB 2000 a piston compressor?
No. The IBIX IB 2000 uses a screw compressor and is designed for applications with high and consistent compressed-air demand.

How much compressed air does the compressor deliver?
The manufacturer specifies an air delivery rate of 1,900 l/min at a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar.

Is the IBIX IB 2000 suitable for the IBIX 25 blasting unit?
Yes. The compressor connections are designed in terms of size and airflow for connection to the IBIX-25 system.

How is condensate removed from the system?
The compressor has an integrated cooling system with condensate separation. The separated condensate is automatically drained electronically at timed intervals.

What is the ECONOMY SYSTEM?
The ECONOMY SYSTEM automatically adjusts the engine speed to the current compressed-air demand. This means the engine does not have to run continuously at full speed when the air demand is lower.

What is the function of the START-WORK system?
START-WORK supports safe compressor start-up, especially at low ambient temperatures.

Can the fuel level be checked from the outside?
Yes. The 20-liter fuel tank is made of transparent material, allowing the fill level to be checked directly.

Is the fuel tank removable?
Yes. The tank can be easily removed using an integrated handle.

Is the compressor delivered ready for use?
Yes. The IBIX IB 2000 is delivered fully pre-assembled and ready for use.
