Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

NovaBlast Micro Valve 1 1/4" – precise all-round dosing valve for professional pressure blast machines
The NovaBlast Micro Valve 1 1/4" is a professional abrasive dosing valve for pressure blast machines of approximately 50 to 500 litres. NovaBlast describes it as a particularly widespread industrial standard for general blasting work because it is easy to operate, durable, comparatively resistant to clogging and quick to service.
The abrasive quantity can be finely adjusted. This allows the ratio of compressed air to abrasive to be precisely adapted to the nozzle, working pressure, grit size and desired removal rate. Correct dosing improves blasting performance and reduces unnecessary abrasive consumption.
The valve features a wear-optimised design with a replaceable Wear Pin. The central wear area can be serviced with little effort, helping to keep downtime short during daily operation.

Technical data
| Feature | Value |
|---|---|
| Valve type | Micro Valve |
| Connection size | 1 1/4 inches |
| Article number | 70080000 |

How it works
The abrasive falls from the pressure vessel into the valve, where it is metered into the compressed-air stream. The free cross-section is adjusted via the adjustment mechanism. This allows the abrasive quantity to be precisely matched to the application.
Suitable applications
✔ Steel and metal construction
✔ Vehicle and machinery restoration
✔ Industrial maintenance
✔ Contract blasting operations
✔ Sites using different abrasives
✔ Pressure blast machines with medium and large tank capacities
Suitable abrasives
✔ Aluminum silicate
✔ Aluminum oxide
✔ Glass beads
✔ Slag abrasives
✔ Other dry, free-flowing media
For particularly aggressive metallic abrasives such as steel grit, a specially designed SGV may be the better choice.
Maintenance and care
✔ Keep the adjustment mechanism clean and free-moving
✔ Use only dry abrasive
✔ Clean material residue from the valve housing
✔ Check seals and connections
✔ Replace wear parts in good time
FAQ – frequently asked questions
What tank sizes is the Micro Valve suitable for?
NovaBlast recommends it as an all-round solution for blast machines from approximately 50 to 500 liters.
What is the advantage over an FSV?
The Micro Valve enables finer adjustment of the abrasive quantity.
Is the valve maintenance-intensive?
No. The Wear Pin can be replaced with comparatively little effort.
Why is precise dosing important?
Too much abrasive reduces airflow and increases consumption. Too little reduces material removal performance.
