Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The Clemco SYS is a short Venturi sandblasting nozzle for professional pressure blast systems. The silicon carbide nozzle core offers a balanced combination of wear resistance, weight, and cost-effectiveness. Its compact design makes the nozzle easy to handle and suitable for workshop, cabinet, and on-site applications requiring controlled operation and robust construction.
The nozzle is available in 6.5, 8, 9.5, and 12.5 mm and has a 50 mm coarse thread. Suitable options are Clemco NHP nozzle holders with a 50 mm internal coarse thread and the CFP-50. The larger the bore and the higher the operating pressure, the greater the air and abrasive consumption.

Wear, care, and inspection
Measure the bore regularly with a nozzle inspection pin or nozzle gauge. An enlarged or out-of-round bore increases air consumption and worsens the blast pattern. Protect silicon carbide from hard impacts and drop loads. Before each shift, check the core, jacket, thread, seal, and holder for cracks, chips, and looseness. Only replace the nozzle when depressurized. Do not glue, drill out, or grind damaged nozzles; replace them instead.
Useful tips
The operating pressure should be checked as close to the nozzle as possible under full load. Hoses that are too small, restrictive couplings, and dirty filters cause pressure loss. Use dry abrasive suitable for the nozzle.
