Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). Clemco WBH wet blasting head – water addition to reduce blasting dust
The Clemco WBH is a wet blasting head for retrofitting suitable blast nozzle systems. Water is introduced in the immediate vicinity of the blast area and binds a substantial portion of the dust generated. This makes the WBH particularly suitable for cleaning, restoration, and coating-removal work where dry dust generation needs to be reduced.

Important application notes
Adjust the water volume so that dust is bound without unnecessarily soaking the surface. Check material compatibility and the desired surface finish beforehand in an inconspicuous area. Removed coating residues and wastewater must be collected and disposed of in accordance with applicable company and legal requirements.
Care and tips
After use, flush the water lines with clean water. Then drain and dry them completely. Check the nozzle head, connections, and seals for deposits, leaks, and unobstructed flow. If there is a risk of frost, store completely free of water.
💡 Practical tip: A small, steady amount of water applied directly at the blast stream is usually more effective than a large amount of water applied away from the impact point.

Does the WBH reduce compressed-air consumption?
No. The compressed-air system must still be designed according to the nozzle size and operating pressure.
What is particularly important after use?
Flush, drain completely, dry, and store in a frost-free place.
