Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

How it works
The Cool Air Tube uses part of the supplied compressed air for temperature separation. The cooled air is directed to the supplied-air respirator helmet, while the warm exhaust air escapes through the device opening. Therefore, the compressed-air source must be adequately sized.
The device may only be operated with approved breathing-air hoses, suitable breathing-air quality, and within an approved RPB respiratory-protection configuration.
Maintenance and care
✔ Clean the device regularly
✔ Check connections and belt for damage
✔ Check function before each use
✔ Use only approved spare parts
