Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.
Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco CB with 3/4" fine thread – compact boron carbide sandblasting nozzle
The Clemco CB is a short Venturi sandblasting nozzle with a highly wear-resistant boron carbide nozzle core. It is suitable for professional pressure blast systems, regular workshop work, and use with abrasive mineral or angular blasting media. Its compact design makes it easy to control and convenient to use even on smaller components and in confined spaces.
This version has a 3/4-inch fine thread and is available with orifices from 3 to 12 mm. A Clemco HEP nozzle holder with a 3/4-inch female fine thread is suitable. Boron carbide offers a long service life, but due to its brittleness, it should be protected from impacts and drops.

Applications
✔ Derusting and descaling
✔ Removing paint and old coatings
✔ Cleaning small and medium-sized components
✔ Roughening before painting or coating
Wear, care, and inspection
Check the orifice regularly with a nozzle inspection pin. An enlarged or out-of-round orifice increases air and abrasive consumption and impairs the blast pattern. Do not drop the boron carbide or strike it against hard components. Before each shift, inspect the core, jacket, fine thread, seal, and holder for cracks, chips, and looseness. Change only when depressurized. Completely replace damaged nozzles; do not glue, drill out, or grind them.
Useful tips
Keep the fine thread clean, avoid cross-threading, and install without force. Check the operating pressure as close to the nozzle as possible under full load. Hoses that are too small, restrictive couplings, and clogged filters cause pressure loss.
