Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco CB with 25 mm coarse thread – compact boron carbide sandblasting nozzle

The Clemco CB is a short Venturi sandblasting nozzle with a boron carbide nozzle core for professional pressure blasting systems. Boron carbide is characterized by very high wear resistance and is particularly suitable for regular blasting work with mineral and angular abrasive media. Its compact design is easy to handle and control, especially when working on smaller components, performing detail work and using it in blast cabinets.

The nozzle has a 25 mm coarse thread and is available with bores from 3 to 12 mm. A Clemco NHP nozzle holder with a 25 mm internal coarse thread is suitable. Despite its long service life, the hard boron carbide core should be protected from impacts and drops.

Your benefits at a glance

Compressed air requirements by nozzle diameter and operating pressure

Reference values in m³/min. For 4.5, 10 and 12 mm, the next larger reference size is used for safe sizing. Plan for at least 50% compressor reserve.

Applications

✔ Rust removal, descaling and paint stripping
✔ Cleaning small to medium-sized components
✔ Roughening before painting or coating
✔ Regular blasting work with abrasive media

Wear, care and inspection

Check the bore regularly with a nozzle inspection pin. Boron carbide is highly wear-resistant but more brittle than tungsten carbide. Therefore, do not drop the nozzle or strike it against hard components. Before each shift, check the core, jacket, thread, seal and holder for cracks, chips and looseness. Only replace the nozzle when depressurized. Do not glue, drill out or grind damaged nozzles; replace them instead.

Useful tips

The operating pressure should be checked as close to the nozzle as possible under full load. Hoses that are too small, restrictive couplings and clogged filters cause pressure loss. Use dry abrasive media suitable for the nozzle.

FAQ

Which holder fits?
Clemco NHP with 25 mm internal coarse thread.

Why boron carbide?
Because of its very high wear resistance and long service life with many abrasive blasting media.

Can the nozzle be repaired?
No. Damaged boron carbide nozzles must be replaced.
