We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

The Clemco SSAS-1 is a quick abrasive shutoff for professional pressure blasting machines. It interrupts the abrasive flow almost immediately when the electric RLX-E dead-man handle is released, thereby reducing the residual blasting otherwise typical in the blast hose.
The system improves control during frequent start/stop operations, reduces unnecessary abrasive consumption and can help prevent damage to workpieces caused by uncontrolled residual blasting. Integration must be compatible with the existing machine and remote-control configuration.

Installation and Safety
Before installation, the compatibility of the vessel, metering valve, remote control, hose system and electrical interface must be checked. Electrical connections may only be made by qualified personnel. After installation, first test start, stop, abrasive shutoff and complete system venting without abrasive.
Maintenance
Check the hand lever, cable, plug, valves, hoses and abrasive paths regularly. Delayed shutoff may be caused by wear, blockages, unsuitable abrasive or faulty signals. Never open the system while pressurized.
