We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

ACF SL 28 – professional Aéro- and Hydrogommeuse for demanding construction-site applications
The ACF SL 28 is a high-performance low-pressure blasting unit for professional cleaning, paint removal and restoration work. With a 24-litre abrasive capacity, finely adjustable working pressure and integrated compressed-air treatment, it is designed for regular use on construction sites, façades, in workshops and on demanding renovation projects.
The SL 28 combines a robust frame construction with pneumatic remote control, precise abrasive metering and an integrated air cooler for up to approx. 2,000 l/min. This reduces moisture in the compressed air and supports a consistent abrasive flow.
With the right nozzle, the unit can be used both dry as an Aérogommeuse and with water added as a Hydrogommeuse. It is suitable for wood, metal, natural stone, brick, concrete, graffiti, monuments, façades and boat hulls.

Compressor selection
For a 5 mm nozzle, ACF recommends a usable delivery rate of approximately 2,000 l/min or more. Larger nozzles or particularly high surface coverage may require a compressor with 3,000 to 5,000 l/min. Selection must always be matched to the nozzle, hose length, working pressure and additional consumers.
