Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.
Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Clemco CTSD-X – long tungsten carbide Venturi nozzle for very high blasting performance
The Clemco CTSD-X is a long Venturi sandblasting nozzle for high-performance professional pressure blast systems. Its geometry accelerates the air-abrasive stream and produces a concentrated, uniform blast pattern. The range covers nozzle bore sizes from 6.5 to 19 mm, making it suitable for both medium-duty work and very large surfaces requiring high removal rates.
The tungsten carbide nozzle core is impact-resistant and designed for demanding operating conditions. The 50 mm coarse thread fits Clemco NHP nozzle holders with a 50 mm internal coarse thread as well as the CFP-50. For the large 14, 16 and 19 mm bore sizes, the entire compressed air system must be designed for the specific application, as the compressor capacity, hose cross-section, fittings and air treatment system must handle very high flow rates.

Applications
✔ Large-area processing in steel, vessel and plant construction
✔ Intensive derusting and descaling
✔ Removal of heavy coatings
✔ Preparation of large surfaces for corrosion protection systems
✔ Applications requiring very high area coverage
Wear, care and inspection
Measure the nozzle orifice regularly with a suitable nozzle gauge. Even a small increase significantly raises air consumption. Before each shift, check the jacket, core, threads, seal and holder for cracks, breakouts and washouts. Change the nozzle only when depressurized. Do not glue, drill out or grind damaged nozzles; replace them instead. After use, clean them dry and store them protected against impacts.
Useful tips
For large orifices, adequately sized blast hoses and fittings are essential. The actual operating pressure must be checked at the nozzle under full load. Cross-sections that are too small cause significant pressure losses and prevent the intended blasting performance.
FAQ
Which holder fits?
Clemco NHP 50 mm or CFP-50.
Why are values above 12.5 mm missing?
These sizes require individual compressor sizing and are outside the reference table used.
Can the nozzle be repaired?
No, damaged carbide nozzles must be replaced.
