Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Please contact us by telephone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Clemco Soft nozzle – wet blasting nozzle with tungsten carbide nozzle core

The Clemco Soft nozzle is a professional wet blasting nozzle for pressure blasting systems. Targeted water addition significantly binds the dust generated during blasting. At the same time, the effect of the abrasive can be controlled more precisely for use on more sensitive surfaces. The nozzle is therefore particularly suitable for restoration, cleaning and coating removal work in areas where dust generation needs to be reduced.

The nozzle core is made of impact-resistant tungsten carbide. Bore holes of 8 and 9.5 mm are available. The 50 mm coarse thread fits Clemco NHP nozzle holders with a 50 mm internal coarse thread as well as the CFP-50. In addition to a suitably sized compressed-air supply, the water supply, water lines and valves must be clean and fully functional.

Your benefits at a glance

✅ Reduced dust generation through water addition
✅ Robust tungsten carbide nozzle core
✅ 50 mm coarse thread
✅ 8 and 9.5 mm bore holes
✅ Suitable for restoration, cleaning and coating removal
✅ Compressed-air table by nozzle diameter and operating pressure

Technical data
Nozzle core material Tungsten carbide
Design Wet blasting nozzle
Connection 50 mm coarse thread
Bore holes 8 / 9,5 mm
Overall length Not specified by the manufacturer
Suitable holder Clemco NHP 50 mm or CFP-50
Additional connection Water supply according to system configuration

Compressed-air requirements by nozzle diameter and operating pressure

Reference values in m³/min. Adding water does not fundamentally change the nozzle's required compressed-air consumption. Allow for at least 50% compressor reserve to account for line losses, pressure fluctuations and nozzle wear.

Nozzle Ø Operating pressure
4 bar 5 bar 6 bar 7 bar 8 bar
8 mm 2,45 2,95 3,40 3,90 4,35
9.5 mm 3,55 4,25 4,90 5,60 6,25

Applications

✔ Low-dust rust and paint removal
✔ Façade, stone and concrete restoration after a suitability test
✔ Cleaning steel and plant-construction components
✔ Work in sensitive or dust-critical environments
✔ Surface preparation with reduced dust exposure

Wear, care, and inspection

Measure the nozzle orifice regularly with a nozzle inspection pin or nozzle gauge. An enlarged or out-of-round orifice increases air and abrasive consumption and worsens the blasting pattern. In addition, check the water connection, valves, nozzle head, and water lines before every use for leaks, deposits, and unobstructed flow.

After use, shut off the water supply, depressurize the system, and flush the water lines with clean water. Then drain them completely and allow them to dry. If there is a risk of frost, no water may remain in the nozzle, hose, or fittings. Check the nozzle, thread, seal, and holder for cracks, chips, and looseness. Do not glue, drill out, or grind damaged nozzles; replace them instead.

Useful tips

Adjust the water volume and abrasive feed so that dust is bound without unnecessarily soaking the surface. Before starting, test an inconspicuous area to determine whether the material, coating, and desired surface finish are suitable for wet blasting. Wastewater and dissolved coating residues must be collected and disposed of in accordance with company and legal requirements.

FAQ

Which holder fits?
Clemco NHP 50 mm or CFP-50.

What is particularly important after use?
Flush the water lines, drain them completely, dry them, and store them free of water if there is a risk of frost.

Can the nozzle be repaired?
No. Damaged nozzle cores or cracked components must be replaced.

Does water reduce the compressed air requirement?
No. The compressed air system must still be sized according to the nozzle diameter and operating pressure.
