Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. Clemco EDUCT-O-MATIC – recovery blasting unit with a closed abrasive circuit
The Clemco EDUCT-O-MATIC is a compact injector recovery blasting unit for low-dust work on locally limited areas. A suitable brush seals the blasting area against the workpiece, while abrasive, dust and loosened particles are immediately recovered and separated in the system.
The closed circuit reduces the distribution of abrasive in the working environment and enables repair, cleaning and touch-up work even on installed components. Different brushes adapt the unit to flat, curved or angular surfaces.

Suitable surfaces and brushes
The brush must lie as tightly against the surface as possible. Different brush shapes are used for flat sheets, external and internal radii, edges or profiles. Recovery does not work reliably on greasy, wet or sticky surfaces; these surfaces must be cleaned and dried beforehand.

Maintenance and safety
Check the brush, nozzle, recovery hose, separator and filter regularly. A damaged brush impairs the seal and increases dust emissions. Screen or replace the abrasive in good time. Despite the recovery system, the unit may only be operated with suitable PPE and in accordance with the risk assessment.

Does the unit operate completely dust-free?
With a suitable brush and an intact recovery system, dust is greatly reduced; complete freedom from dust depends on the surface and application.
Can damp abrasive be used?
No, the abrasive and surface must be dry and free-flowing.
Which brush is right?
The brush is selected to match the workpiece geometry and must seal the blasting area as completely as possible.
