Leasing & Hire Purchase
Leasing & Hire Purchase
We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.
The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.
A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.
Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

Contracor RTC – Venturi blast nozzle made of tungsten carbide with rubber jacket
The Contracor RTC is a robust, proven Venturi blast nozzle for professional use. Equipped with a durable tungsten carbide insert and a protective rubber jacket, it offers a balanced combination of durability, blasting performance and cost-effectiveness – perfect for daily use with mineral abrasives.
Optimized performance thanks to Venturi geometry
The classic Venturi shape ensures efficient acceleration of the abrasive while maintaining a consistent blast pattern. This improves removal performance and reduces abrasive consumption – an advantage for large-scale or continuous applications.

The tungsten carbide core offers very good service life and is ideally suited for abrasive blasting media such as corundum, glass beads or slag. The impact-resistant rubber jacket reliably protects the nozzle during demanding daily work and ensures safe handling.
Technical data
Nozzle insert: Tungsten carbide (TC)
Jacket material: Rubber (shock-absorbing & non-slip)
Flow profile: Venturi
Inlet opening: 32 mm
Connection thread: 50 mm coarse thread, rubber
Available nozzle diameters & lengths:
- 6.5 mm × 130 mm
- 8.0 mm × 150 mm
- 9.5 mm × 170 mm
- 11.0 mm × 200 mm
- 12.5 mm × 210 mm
📐 Calculate air consumption for RTC blast nozzle
Select nozzle size (RTC) and operating pressure (bar). The calculator displays the required air flow rate (m³/min / L/min). Optionally, an compressed-air reserve (+30%, +50%, +80%) can be taken into account for nozzle wear.
Attention! The specified air consumption applies only to new blast nozzles. As wear increases, so does the nozzle’s compressed-air requirement – by up to 70 – 80 % more than when new!
We therefore recommend an air reserve of at least 50%.
Comparison of nozzle materials
SiC (silicon carbide): Lightweight and wear-resistant. Universally suitable for aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, steel grit, slag, and garnet.
TC (tungsten carbide): Highly robust against mechanical stress. Optimal for outdoor applications with mineral abrasives such as slag or garnet.
Applications
- General rust removal and surface cleaning
- Maintenance work in industry and skilled trades
- Metalworking, vehicle refurbishment, machine maintenance
- Compatible with common abrasives such as aluminum oxide, glass beads, and slag
Advantages at a glance
- ✅ Efficient Venturi profile – for higher blasting performance and lower consumption
- ✅ Long-lasting tungsten carbide insert – economical & reliable
- ✅ Rubber jacket – protects against impacts and makes handling easier
- ✅ Available in five lengths and nozzle diameters
