Leasing

Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Clemco W-92 – pneumatic wetblast pump with transport cage
The Clemco W-92 is a pneumatically driven, self-priming water pump for professional wet and wetblast systems. It draws water from a suitable container or supply line and provides a consistent water flow for dust suppression in the blasting area.
Since the drive operates exclusively via compressed air, no electrical connection is required. The transport cage and included hoses make the pump a rugged, mobile retrofit and replacement solution for suitable Clemco systems.

Connection and adjustment
The W-92 is connected to a clean water source and the compressed air supply. On the pressure side, it supplies the wetblast head or the water feed at the nozzle. The water flow and pressure are adjusted so that dust is effectively bound without unnecessarily wetting the workpiece.

Maintenance and frost protection
Use only clean water and regularly inspect the suction filter, hoses, and connections. After use, flush the pump and water lines with clean water, drain them completely, and allow them to dry. The entire system must be free of water before exposure to frost.
