Leasing & Hire Purchase

We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.

Leasing

With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.

Hire purchase

In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

The delivery times stated in the online shop are non-binding estimates, unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. They are based on the information available from our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners at the time the order is placed.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). As a result, delivery times may differ from the stated guidelines. In particular, material shortages, production delays, supply bottlenecks, force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible may result in delivery delays.

Disclaimer:

We accept no liability for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This applies in particular to delays caused by manufacturers, upstream suppliers, transport companies or other third parties. Liability for any resulting damages, in particular indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer. They will not result in additional shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

The exact delivery time for an item can be provided individually on request, either before or after placing the order.

Please contact us by telephone at +49 (0)2551 5030 or by email at shipping@strahltechnik-express.de.

If significant delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.

ACF BPSP 50 – professional recovery blasting unit for low-dust blasting without open abrasive rebound

The ACF BPSP 50 is a professional recovery blasting unit for paint removal, rust removal, cleaning and engraving work in sensitive environments. The blasting head is placed directly on the surface. Abrasive, dust and loosened residues are extracted immediately at the impact point and collected in a cyclone container.

With a capacity of 24 litres and adjustable working pressure of approximately 1 to 7 bar, the BPSP 50 is suitable for metal, stone, marble, granite, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, bronze, weld seams and many other surfaces. Particularly in indoor areas, workshops and production environments, the enclosed operating principle significantly reduces cleaning effort and abrasive distribution.

With suitable surface geometry and the right abrasive, the material can be reused after separation. If required, the unit can also be used as an open blasting unit without the recovery head; in this case, all safety requirements for open blasting apply.

Your benefits at a glance

✅ 24-litre abrasive capacity
✅ Adjustable working pressure from approx. 1 to 7 bar

✅ Cyclone for separating abrasive and dust
✅ Significantly reduced abrasive rebound
✅ Suitable for indoor areas and sensitive environments
✅ Remote control directly at the workstation
✅ Abrasive recycling possible with suitable media
✅ Can also be converted for open blasting
✅ French manufacture

📦 Scope of delivery

✔ ACF BPSP 50 recovery blasting unit
✔ 24-litre abrasive container
✔ Recovery head with brush seal
✔ Integrated electric vacuum
✔ Cyclone separator
✔ 5-metre blasting and extraction hose
✔ Nozzle and nozzle holder
✔ Pneumatic remote control

Technical data

Feature Value
Model BPSP 50
Container capacity 24 litres
Working pressure approx. 1–7 bar
Vacuum cleaner power approx. 1,000 W
Compressed air requirement approx. 40 m³/h, depending on the nozzle and pressure
Nozzle size approx. 3–4 mm
Hose length 5 meters

How it works

The brush head seals the work area from the surrounding environment. The abrasive impacts the surface within this area. At the same time, the system recovers the material. In the cyclone, heavier components are separated, while finer dust particles are retained in the filter system.

Suitable applications

✔ Paint and rust removal from metal surfaces
✔ Processing aluminum and stainless steel
✔ Cleaning copper and bronze
✔ Stone, marble, and granite
✔ Engravings and decorative work
✔ Weld seams and local surface preparation
✔ Indoor areas and dust-sensitive production environments

Limitations of abrasive recovery

The best results are achieved on flat or slightly curved surfaces. On edges, deep profiles, and heavily uneven surfaces, the brush head cannot seal completely. Abrasive may escape in these areas.

Maintenance and care

✔ Check the brush head for wear
✔ Empty the cyclone container in good time
✔ Clean or replace the vacuum cleaner filter
✔ Check the hoses for leaks
✔ Measure the nozzle regularly
✔ Check the abrasive for contamination
✔ Test the remote control and dead-man function

FAQ – frequently asked questions

Is the BPSP 50 completely dust-free?
On well-sealed surfaces, dust generation can be reduced significantly. Completely emission-free operation is not possible with every geometry.

Can the abrasive be recycled?
Yes, provided it is clean, dry, and still technically suitable.

Can it be used for open blasting?
Yes, with the appropriate conversion. Complete personal protective equipment is then required.

What work is the equipment particularly suitable for?
For local paint removal, rust removal, engraving, and cleaning work in sensitive areas.
