We offer the financing options leasing and hire purchase exclusively to businesses, commercial operators and self-employed persons for selected products with a net order value of €1,000 or more. Below you will find the key differences between the two forms of financing.
Leasing
With leasing, the product is made available to the lessee for use in return for regular lease payments. The asset is recognized on the lessor’s balance sheet. Lease payments can generally be claimed as operating expenses for tax purposes. These are gross payments, and VAT is charged throughout the entire term. Once the agreed minimum lease term has expired, purchasing the product is generally possible.
Hire purchase
In economic terms, hire purchase is equivalent to an installment purchase. The product is capitalized on the hire purchaser’s balance sheet and depreciated in accordance with the official depreciation tables. Ownership of the asset transfers to the hire purchaser upon payment of the final hire-purchase installment. VAT must be paid in full with the first hire-purchase installment (a pass-through item).

We ship our goods either via parcel service or via a freight forwarding company, depending on their size, weight and characteristics. We select the shipping method at our reasonable discretion.

A large proportion of the products offered are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from external central warehouses (direct shipment). ACF SP 18 – Retrofit kit for low-dust blasting with extraction and abrasive recovery
The ACF SP 18 is a professional recovery and extraction system for retrofitting existing pressure and low-pressure blasting units. The system captures abrasive, dust and removed coating residues directly at the point of impact. This makes the SP 18 particularly suitable for work in indoor areas, workshops, production areas and sensitive environments where open dust generation and extensive abrasive rebound should be avoided.
The working head is placed directly on the surface to be treated using a circumferential brush. As the abrasive hits the surface, the connected system immediately extracts the material again. Coarse particles are separated in the cyclone container, while finer dust particles are collected by the connected vacuum cleaner.
Depending on the connection and configuration, the SP 18 can be used with ACF Topolino, Colibri and other suitable blasting units. It is available with or without a vacuum cleaner, allowing it to be flexibly integrated into existing systems.

How It Works
The blast head rests as tightly as possible against the surface with its brush cuff. The blasting media impacts the surface within the enclosed work area. At the same time, the vacuum cleaner generates negative pressure and conveys blasting media, dust, and detached particles through the extraction hose to the cyclone container.
In the cyclone, heavier particles are separated from the airflow. With suitable, clean, and sufficiently stable blasting media, some of the material can be reused. Heavily contaminated or degraded media must be disposed of.

System Limitations
The best recovery performance is achieved on flat or slightly curved surfaces. At edges, deep recesses, narrow profiles, or highly uneven surfaces, the brush head cannot seal completely. Blasting media may escape in these areas.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Is the SP 18 a complete blasting machine?
No. It is a retrofit and recovery system for an existing, compatible blasting machine.
Is operation completely dust-free?
Dust generation can be greatly reduced on flat, tightly sealed surfaces. Completely emission-free operation is not possible with every surface geometry.
Can blasting media be reused?
Yes, provided it is clean, dry, and still technically suitable after separation.
Which version should be selected?
The version with a vacuum cleaner is useful if no suitable extraction unit is available yet. The version without a vacuum cleaner is suitable for integration into an existing system.
